Group

Join our group therapy sessions to connect with others facing similar struggles and find comfort in shared experiences. In a supportive group setting, you'll have the opportunity to learn from one another, gain new perspectives, and build connections that foster understanding and healing.

DBT

Specialized Treatment

Our Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) services offer a unique and effective approach to managing emotions, improving relationships, and building resilience. Through skill-building exercises and therapeutic techniques, we help you develop tools to cope with challenges, regulate emotions, and enhance your overall well-being.

DBT Groups

Do you ever have problems with….​

  • Roller-Coaster emotions and mood swings​

  • Having lots of crises in your life​

  • Constant problems in relationships​

  • Taking actions you later regret or​

  • Difficulty thinking clearly when under stress​

If so, Then DBT might really help you! ​

DBT skills group is Composed of three “modules” that run for 8 weeks each. Participants must be willing and able to commit to completing AT LEAST three modules. During these three modules, you will learn skills of:​

  • Mindfulness​

  • Distress Tolerance​

  • Emotion Regulation and ​

  • Interpersonal Effectiveness​

Cost: Most insurances accepted, or Cash rate is $70 per group.​

Referral Process: Clients can self refer through website or calling *NOTE: Clients do need to be actively seeing an individual therapist somewhere and an ROI will need to be signed for therapists to coordinate care.​

* Potential group members will be screened to determine if they are appropriate for DBT.​

Adult DBT Groups In-person

Who: Adults -18 years and older and out of high school.​

When: Wednesday’s from 9:15a-10:45a OR 5p-6:30p

Adult DBT Groups Virtual

Who: Adults -18 years and older and out of high school.​

When: Wednesday’s from 3p-4:30p

Teen DBT Groups In-person

Who: Teens -Ages 13 to 18 (or still in high school)​

When: Tuesday’s from 6p-7:30p
